Leann Gonzalez has a strong passion for dentistry and upholds a high standard for patient care. Her mission is simple: treat every patient as if they were the last, value every team member, and surround herself with individuals who strive to be better. With 15 years of successful practice building, Leann has demonstrated her ability to rapidly grow and improve dental practices. Most recently, she played a pivotal role in the substantial growth of a dental group in the Tampa Bay area, expanding from three offices to 32 within ten years. She attributes this success to a unique vision that differentiates from the typical DSO model, emphasizing the importance of the people within the organization. Leann is grateful for her ability to quickly assess practices, execute effective plans, and transform failing practices into thriving ones. Her greatest strength lies in her ability to cultivate healthy, positive, and productive relationships.
